Final Year Students Begin Registering for Proposal Seminar

December 29, 2025. Final-year students from several study programs have started registering for their proposal seminars as they enter the final stage of their undergraduate studies. The registration period officially opened this week and is scheduled to close on January 10, making it a crucial deadline for students preparing their thesis proposals.

To complete the registration, students are required to submit essential documents, including their research titles, background of the study, research questions, and proposed research methodology. Many students have been actively revising their proposals based on academic guidelines and feedback from supervisors to ensure they meet the required standards before the deadline.

The proposal seminar is considered a significant academic milestone, as it allows students to formally present their research ideas and receive input from examiners. While the process can be demanding, students remain motivated and focused on completing their preparations on time.

Academic advisors have reminded students to carefully check submission requirements and manage their time efficiently as the deadline approaches. They also emphasize the importance of originality and clarity in developing a strong research proposal.

As January 10 draws closer, the registration period has become a shared moment of determination among students of the same cohort, reflecting their readiness to move forward toward thesis completion.
